  • We deliver exclusively within Jhansi city. Please ensure your delivery address falls within our serviceable area before placing an order.

Delivery Time:

  • Orders placed before 4 PM are usually delivered on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges:

  • Delivery is free on orders above ā‚¹500.
  • For orders below ā‚¹500, a nominal delivery charge of ā‚¹30 applies.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you via SMS or email about the delivery status. For any assistance, you can contact our customer support team.

Failed Delivery:

  • If our delivery partner is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
