Return and Refund Policy
At Jhansikart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully for details on how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return for the following reasons:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect (not matching the order placed).
- The product is expired or of poor quality (such as rotten fruits or vegetables).
2. Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- After 24 hours, we cannot accept any return requests due to the perishable nature of many of our products.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Perishable items like dairy products and bakery goods.
- Products that are opened or used.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide details of your order and the reason for the return.
- Our team will verify your request and arrange for a return pickup if applicable.
5. Return Process
- Upon receiving your return request, our team will inspect the issue. If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the item from your address.
- Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, and include any accompanying tags, receipts, or invoices.
6. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer. Our support team will contact you to process the refund.
- Online Payments (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking): Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and approved.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
8. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return a product as per our return policy and place a new order for the replacement.
